In-person Pilates classes in St Agnes
My 'Sports Pilates' classes, focus on strength, balance, coordination and injury prevention particularly for runners but also for other sports. These are challenging classes for sports people or anyone active. No prior experience of Pilates is necessary however please do contact me if you have any injuries so we can have a chat and make sure the class is suitable for you. Please bring a mat.
Timetable (term times only):
Mondays 9.05am - 10.50am - St Agnes Scout Hut, 1 Polbreen Ave, Saint Agnes TR5 0TR
Wednesdays 9.05 - 9.45am - St Agnes Miner's and Mechanic's Institute, 18 Vicarage Rd, Saint Agnes TR5 0TL (dance hall - ground floor)
Fridays 9.05 - 9.45am - St Agnes Miner's and Mechanic's Institute, 18 Vicarage Rd, Saint Agnes TR5 0TL (studio 1 - upstairs)
These classes are usually booked as a 6-week block costing £47.50. There are no refunds for missed classes but I try to be as flexible as I can, so if you can't make it to your usual class you can catch up by coming to another class within the same block. You can also make up missed classes by joining one of my online classes at 7.30am on Mondays, 7.45am on Wednesdays and Fridays, or I send you a recording to do in your own time.
