A Sunday treat for you. Something a little different just to make you feel good (hopefully!). I have used 2 spikey balls for this, but as suggested /used in the video - a tin of some form can work really well, or a tennis ball/ golf ball or perhaps even some apples ?! Or just nothing and focus on the stretches! Hope you enjoy.
Ps. I forgot to do this at the beginning but would be nice if you begin with a roll down just so you can use as a baseline.
