Part one, 22 mins: Been sitting and slumped all day at a lap top , on the sofa or driving? A leisurely session to release all that accumulated tension. Starting on the mat and finishing with some standing work, suitable for all levels. No props essential but in part 2 you could make yourself a makeshift roller/ball from a kitchen roll and a towel (!) to assist with thoracic extension and hip flexor lengthening. Enjoy that release!.

Practice your Pilates in more functional positions of standing. with some sitting. Intermediate level with modifications. A large rolled up towel is helpful but m not essential; and an old tennis ball/small massage ball is used at the beginning of the class but can be skipped.
