    For an intermediate class, do this without weights or resistance band, for advanced do it with. The usual all over core, hip and shoulder workout. Enjoy!

    This can be quite a challenging class if you choose to use light weights and resistance band, or more gentle without, depending on how you are feeling. Focus particularly on hip and shoulder strength as well as the usual core muscles.

    I am using two 10kg dumbells and 8 slow reps for this class, however if you are new to the exercises do the class with no weight at all, focusing on balance and coordination and learning the movements before adding load. Enjoy!
